Marketing is very much like the figure shown above. Its all about identifying which objects fit in which place in the mind. Wise people have stated that Marketing is all about identifying needs and wants and satisfying them. However, its all about knowing how to satisfy the human brain.
Human brain is a complex piece of wiring and the circuits are so well fit, coordinated and programmed that it is impossible to figure what one will think as each one thinks differently . However, tests have proved that common factors of emotions and sentiments in humans are the common places which help satisfy their inherent and latent needs and wants.
Generation after Generation, the wants have changed, but, basic needs have remained the same. Wants have changed due to changing socio-cultural relations, socio-economic relations and technological developments. People have identified changing wants as their needs from time to time.
So how do we fit into this bewildering maze of exciting events. We know
that change is an everlasting factor. We know that generation after generation
change is what will happen and so we either help corporates change in the
present or help corporates change for the future. We help them step into
other people's shoes so that they can read the minds of what people will
think and so can prepare themselves in acting accordingly.
